The App provides digital services and/or virtual content. Users may recharge their accounts or purchase virtual credits using supported payment methods, including Visa credit or debit cards. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full payment card information.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEYDIY HK TECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All purchases made within the App are digital and virtual services. Once the recharge is successfully completed and virtual credits are added to your account, the purchase is considered delivered.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable once the virtual credits have been delivered or used.
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, or if payment is completed but the recharge fails, please contact us at marty@keydiy.com. We will review the issue and process a refund if applicable.
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, please notify us immediately. Refund requests for unauthorized transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund processing may be subject to the policies and timelines of third-party payment providers, including Visa and payment processors.
